Our History

Pall Spera connected with Stowe in the 1960s – on skis, like many of his clients. He soon recognized the area’s potential for relocations and second homes. In 1969 Spera opened his first office and shortly thereafter purchased the 19th century Gale Farm and opened what is now known as "The Mountain Road Office"  in its classic brick farmhouse. Since then, agents have been involved in commercial and residential development and sales, always with an eye to preservation and support for the Vermont Land Trust.

Lang McLaughry Spera maintains membership in multiple organizations, including the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors, Vermont Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Vermont Real Estate Information Network (MLS). All associates are state-licensed professionals specializing in residential, commercial and appraisal fields.

Consistently, Lang McLaughry Spera represents the area’s largest selection of properties, from starter lots and homes for young families to luxurious estates featured in architectural publications – and historic Vermont residences.
